If you can't find your answer in http://results.active.com/help or you need to report an issue with your results and/or site, please contact one of the following Client Support teams.
Should use the “Report An Issue” tool (located on the left of the screen when viewing results) to contact the timer/event organizer about issues such as missing results, incorrect results, missing information, etc.
Issues not related to your results and instead are site issues such as SPAM, offensive content, site not working, etc. can be reported by contacting Consumer Support.
